After the 1st season of “Reconnecting Roots” came out last year, we decided to create a podcast that complemented the series. We loved it so much that we thought “Why don’t we make the podcast its own thing and REALLY take it to the next level?”. Episode 1 dives deep into the world of vinyl records, the beloved audio format that has somehow stood the test of time and remains a fan favorite. We expanded the show to feature more interviews, more insights, and more history on each subject. For this episode, we feature Steve Young ("Bathtubs Over Broadway"), Bill Skibbe (Third Man Records), and Jack Conte (CEO of Patreon, member of Pomplamoose) who each shed light on a different aspect of the vinyl craze.
